comScore in July traffic numbers are out, and by analogy with the June conclusions, Facebook and Twitter have seen record traffic in terms of United States unique visitors per month. In July, Facebook saw tremendous 162 million unique visitors, compared with 160.8 million unique impressions in June, and 157.2 million uniques in May.

Twitter also posted record traffic in its history, five years; with 32.8 million unique visitors in July, the United States in may, compared with 30.6 million unique visitors in June and 27 million unique impressions. As we said in the past, the constant increase in traffic is a big deal for Twitter, which splits traffic between their own mobile clients, and many third-party customers, who are used to access the network. And Twitter has just completed the transition from the old Web interface to its improved, feature-rich Web applications.

LinkedIn, which saw traffic spike post IPO, Passing a little in terms of unique visitors in the United States in July, seeing 32.5 million unique visitors per month, compared with 33.9 million unique visitors in June. MySpace continued to bleed traffic 32.8 million unique visitors in July (tied with Twitter) from 33 million in June.

While we once thought that Facebook and Twitter will duel it out to users and traffic, clearly this is not the case anymore. Facebook's traffic fivefold Twitter United States visitors. Twitter is not a "murder" of Facebook, or vice versa, as Twitter continues to grow in terms of traffic.

But with the new kid on the block, Google + steadily gaining users, it should be interesting to see if the search giant reaches the social network Twitter traffic. Already there are signs that Google + traffic slows down, but it's still early, and that may change.

Oh litigation. Nothing ever really done, but are lawyers, and there's always drama. Vostu against Zynga is an example of all this. And he just got a weird format for download. Today, the United States, the judge simply told Brazil that they could not close a run. This is certainly new to me.

Background: on June 16, Zynga claims Brazil clone Vostu in California for theft Zynga Games. Vostu in initial press reaction was (1) noted that the two companies have overlapping investment and (2) record the Zynga in less than pristine past when it comes to respecting the intellectual property rights. I call it "I know you are but what am I defence".

It's always a crowd pleaser, but the courts often adhere to a higher standard. So last month, Vostu filed in response to a lawsuit Zynga's. This response appears another defense that the action is retaliation Zynga Zynga over a failed attempt to create a "strategic relationship" with Vostu. It should be the end of the News cycle for a while – the courts of the United States decide never, so that the year may go by before we heard about the case again.

All of the above is the standard action behavior. But Zynga the next step was a good one. They filed another lawsuit, this time at Vostu home court – Brazil. They also sued Google for games (especially they don't sue Facebook, their golden goose). A Brazilian judge quickly approved the request of Zynga's for an injunction. Vostu was forced to close their games within 48 hours.

A Brazilian judge siding with American company against local launch? No one saw this coming.

But wait … there anymore. Today, the United States District Court Judge Edward Davila issued an order to keep Zynga from Brazil.

Despite the fact that "Brazil is an important interest in enforcing its copyright laws," said judge Davila, they don't get to do it. "Zynga, who chose the Forum United States first — now seeks to apply an order obtained abroad that would paralyse the Court's ability to solve this case."

So what argument WINS? Dávila believed that his yard to keep the ability to make decisions in the case of Brazilian law outweighs to enforce its copyright laws. His words carefully splicing and moved around, of course, but not mine.

By taking this decision I am officially no longer truly interested in a particular case. What I'm fascinated by how you are going to thrash, who gets to decide what these two courts. I can't seem to agree that the Court had acted rashly in Brazil for Vostu 48 hours to complete the work. But they certainly get points for that sleeps and taking action quickly, in a few days after the lawsuit was filed in Brazil.

The courts of the United States will never be that fast moving. Unless, apparently, someone is trying to usurp their jurisdiction.

My favorite part — in the end, where the judge Davila, after the destruction of the Brazilian Court's decision, then goes on about how this is not meant to question or to express the opinion about the wisdom of the Court of Justice of Brazil.

It deserves emphasis that TRO will not oblige the Court to Brazil. Does not depend on the TRO, the Court in question or to express any opinion on the advisability of Brazilian production. Would require rather TRO … from Zynga, the jurisdiction of the Court. The fact that disregard mechanism includes foreign vessels is secondary.

This is just such a wonderful way to rub it all. No offense, Brazil. We do not do this to make you look bad. It's just "accidentally".

Complete the order below.

Mobile advertising is a booming business, and Google, with its $ 750 million acquisition of AdMob, clearly wants a piece of the pie. One corner of Google has been pushing late is a combination of local and mobile, whether through the site, suggestions, and soon, Google Wallet. Jason Spero, head of Google in mobile for America sat with us to give us a little more understanding of how the search giant aims to develop advertising, local and mobile.

A major factor in Google looking at when it comes to developing its own mobile product offerings and consumer behavior, said .spero. He said one of the three collaboration at the local mobile phone has the intention, and because of this, Google takes into account this behavior in their own mobile products for enterprises. "Part of this strategy enables users to build mobile property that works on your phone or tablet," explains .spero.

This strategy enabled the mobile version of Google sites, which the company just started as a way for small businesses to create a simple mobile landing page for free. Through these lightweight mobile sites users to post information and even include click-to-call. After a week of availability for small businesses was established more than 3500 mobile pages.

One interesting feature that offers mobile sites is the ability to actually sell products through a landing page with Google Checkout as a payment platform. .Spero said, reflecting the belief of Google that m-commerce is going to be critical to the phones. But it is not easy, just click buy. It also includes a comparison shopping on the phone, click-to-call functionality and online search for shops. "Ultimately, the experience that the user wants their phone fulfills all these pieces of the puzzle," he added.

Another way Google is investing in m-commerce, said Spero, though is his wallet Google initiative that will allow users to pay for items via NFC chip in the phone and NFC reader in merchant's departure.

In terms of local advertising, .spero said that Google is exploring ways to use ad formats to move clients in the physical world, or through a transaction. Click-to-call ads are the focus for Google, and .spero says that these ads work well on mobile phones because the natural way for a consumer wants to bring the phone and get additional information from the merchant or the service. The key in these ads on mobile phones is a "call to action" that might work for a retailer, florist, insurance companies and many other smaller enterprises. So far, he said that more than 500 000 clients Google launched click-to-call campaigns to mobile phone. In terms of other forms of mobile advertising .spero said that the traffic of the Internet on mobile phones is exploding, display environment growth is "."

Of course-geo targeting is also a key component of the mobile advertising and integration user location can improve orientation and perhaps CTRs. .spero said demand for geo ads from advertisers at the local, regional and national level is huge, and that's mainly competing enterprises in all these categories. Today Google you can target advertising and digital Metro area, but soon the search giant wants to be able to target the city zipcode (Google only uses local information of the visitor if the user gives permission).

It is clear from the talk Oaca that Google wants to be a one-stop shop for businesses large and small, to interact with mobile. Whether through proposals (that .spero is not considered advertising), payments, mobile ads, mobile websites, mobile analytics, and much more, Google wants to be the go-to destination. Vision, as he explains, is for Google to be able to assist these enterprises manage everything through the killer combination of local, mobile commerce and advertising.

But the quantity of products not necessarily comes hand in hand with quality, and Google will have to make sure that they offer segments not only work together but also provide value to enterprises (and consumers).
