It can be argued that the crazy (and certainly crazy fast) animators on Taiwan in the next MEDIA animation are at it again. After processing more than at the top of animated summary for everything from Ceglia vs. Facebook history Antennagate, they did what they do best with a signal that almost all of our minds right now: the life and career of Steve jobs.

But don't worry: while it is simply absurd, as most of their animations, they tend to keep things mostly respectful. Low it goes when they, together with an indication of the birth of the Mac and things get a bit ... literal. After that, it is a challenge to death and the lightsaber wielding all the way down.

We all know, broad strokes: a graduate student and its Syrian friend was born a boy. It places the boy for adoption. He comes to live with Paul and Clara. Paul is a machinist who moved to San Francisco after World War II. It grows in Santa Clara County. This flat, a lot of the history of the buildings, mainly middle and upper middle class out the bad parts. Part of it, rather, not parts. He wasn't coddled. His biological mother makes it adopters promises to send him to College. In fourth grade, he is a great teacher and, probably, again and again.

His parents scrape to send him a Reed. He drops out of College and begins dropping in classes that you are interested in. He makes money returning bottles and he hits the temple Hare Krishna now and then to free food. He took calligraphy, eschews the typical coursework and at the age of 20, he and a buddy to start a company.

He is a Buddhist nature. It reduces rivals and builds on its command 4000 singular vision. It comes, is building another company or two and returned. He is kind of hippie, enjoying the Bob Dylan and the Beatles. He loves music.

He leaves, is now a victim of something gnawing at his health as the sea spray whittles a wooden pier.

Where does that leave Apple? And where does that leave us?

I'm not always a Mac lover. I thought they were over priced and beautiful candy color too silly for my 486 tastes. Any chips that power in his name overcompensating floor I wagered.

But I have learned over the last decade addressing machine that just works. Is the machine that the boy to put most of his life, a machine that has the heart of the old stuff, what lay blinking and desperate in the Stanford computer lab somewhere and then eventually fell to what you and I can fit into our pockets.

Many complained that ecosystem that he created a walled garden, but I would equate to pastures. "The reason everything looks beautifully, because it is out of balance," wrote Zen master including Shunryu Suzuki. "But his background is always in perfect harmony." Front anything can happen. In the back, the perfect peace and order.

There is a strain of the Internet, thought that requires us to tear down, refusing to see the other side. There will be a lot of what happens in the next few days as talking heads talking. But one CEO who, at the end of his company, will raise the wave well-wishes and interest? When Michael Dell dodders outside or Howard Stringer slaps the Club Chair for final cigar, who takes care of the next day?

We all know, broad strokes: man got sicker, he almost quit, kept at it. It covers the successor and groomed him as calm as it once was. He kept us surprised, entertained, constantly speculation. We wondered where he was. If it was good.

We all know, broad strokes: he is not so good. He's gone. Another Buddhist (or close enough to one) said, "Mark immature man is that he wants to die nobly for the cause, while the sign of a mature man is that he wants to live humbly for one".

Godspeed, Mr. jobs. We will miss you on stage.

I've always said if ever came the day when I can no longer meet my responsibilities and expectations, Apple's CEO, I'd be the first to let you know. Unfortunately that day has come.

I hereby resign as Apple CEO. I would like to serve at the discretion of the Council, as Chairman of the Board, Director and Apple employee.

With regard to my successor, I strongly recommend that we carry out our plan of continuity and the name of Tim Cook, Apple'S CEO.

I think Apple's brightest and most innovative days are ahead of him. And I look forward to watching and contributions to his success in the new role.

I did some of my best friends lives in Apple and I thank you all for many years the opportunity to work together with you.

Update: Apple confirmed that Apple COO Tim Cook will replace jobs as Director, the seats. In view of the fact that Cook filled in for jobs during his medical leaves (including the fact that it was in this year), it's widely expected if and when the time came for jobs to resign.

Also in accordance with the request of jobs was elected Chairman of the Board and will remain with the company in this capacity. Cook will join the Board.

Apple's Steve Jobs resigned from the post of Director-General and Apple just announced that COO Tim Cook took over as Director.

As COO Cook will be responsible for all the company's worldwide sales and operations, including the Office until the end of Apple's supply chain, commercial activities and services and support in all markets and countries. He also headed the Department of the Apple Macintosh, and plays a key role in the further development of a strategic facilitator and relations with suppliers, providing flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding market.

Prior to joining Apple, Cook was Vice President of corporate materials for Compaq and is responsible for procurement and management of all Compaq inventoried products. Prior to his work on Compaq Cook was chief operating officer of the Division reseller in intellectual electronics. Cook also spent 12 years with IBM, most recently the Director of North America, where he led the production and distribution functions for the IBM personal computer company in North and Latin America.

Jobs will be Chairman of the Board of Apple and Cook would take the post of Director-General on board. Jobs actually submitted his resignation to the Board today, and "strongly recommended" that the name of Tim Cook as Director.

In January takes places an indefinite medical leave from the company and while he remained as CEO, Cook took the day-to-day operations for Apple.

Jobs previous medical history includes cancer of the pancreas and liver transplant. In 2004, the work contract, pancreatic cancer, which he won. Then jobs underwent a liver transplant in 2009, and made a full recovery. Then during the absence of jobs in the 2009 year, COO Tim Cook took over Apple's day-to-day activities.

Apple's Board of Directors today announced that Steve Jobs resigned as CEO and the Board named Tim Cook, Apple's former chief operating officer, as new CEO of the company. Jobs was elected Chairman of the Board and of the Council, will join Cook immediately.

"Steve extraordinary vision and leadership saved Apple and in keeping with its position as the world's most innovative and valuable technology company," said Art Levinson, Chairman of Genentech, on behalf of the Board of Apple. "Steve has made countless contributions to the success of the company Apple, and he drew and inspired by Apple's extremely creative professionals and Executive Group world class. In his new role as Chairman of the Board, Steve will continue to serve as Apple with its unique ideas, creativity and inspiration. "

"The Council has full confidence that Tim is the man to be our next Director-General," added Levinson. "Tim 13 years of service, Apple highlighted outstanding results, and he showed remarkable talent and sound solutions in everything he does.

The most surprising about Steve jobs and Apple Renaissance he engineered for the past 15 years is so incredible, so. We all know a lot of people that well. We know many people who are smart. We've seen a lot of corporate leaders who have the rare combination of skills to surf the waves generated by Moore's law. But it's hard to think of anyone other than Steve jobs, who, through willpower, self-confidence, vision, and perfectionism can upend powerful force technology to make so many products that are nice to so many people, precisely because they are unlikely.

If you can't wait for the official biography of Steve jobs, why not pick up fake for $ 8? "Translation" for someone apparently named "John Cage" (presumably there are 4.33 pages blank in the middle), the book has sold over 4000 copies at $ 10 a pop.
