Data backup is becoming more and more important, because although a large part of our critical things in the cloud, we are generating so many photos, video, documents, and so on, it is advisable to keep a local copy. LaCie has updated their devices with a new operating system, they are called NAS OS, which they hope will make a backup and maintenance easier. Let's just take a quick look.

The main changes, not super large but worth having. Better support for RAID, works on a lion, scheduled up/down time, centralized backup management and mnogostoecnym of course a brilliant new interface. Unfortunately, only three devices have right now, update the network series 2, 2big and 5big d2.

Back in the day, knock on immodestly iPhone app used to be that he was not very visually appealing. This is especially true in comparison with rival Gowalla. But much has changed over the past few months. Today brings the update to the iPhone app that brings a new coat of arms of Poland. This corresponds to the functionality that was recently added to immodestly Web site. He not only ups visual appeal, it makes service to feel more alive and personal.

This new, more visual experience permeates the entire app.config if you land a spot on the page and click through to see who is there, if any of your friends, you'll see their photos and shouts from this place inline.

Updating Foursquare also touting a common design tweaks, including the caption of the clean up. One thing that will please many users is to add more tasks to a TAP within the app previously, you had to focus on tiny comment bubbles to leave a comment. Now you can click on the check itself to do so.

One thing not yet included in this update: lists. New feature that Foursquare launched yesterday on their Web site continues to work on mobile. But it goes in the next version, they promise. In addition, all these new features should be presented in the Android and BlackBerry applications soon.
